Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

As a dropshipping store, we work with international and local suppliers. Delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping method:

  • Pakistan (Local Delivery): 3–7 business days
  • International Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
  • International Express Shipping (if available): 5–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update depending on the courier service.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan on selected products.

  • Please ensure you provide a valid phone number and address.
  • Orders may be canceled if confirmation calls/messages are not responded to.

6. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for custom duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:
